Better sleep starts with a calm mind. Somn is unwinding with a stroll through a lush garden at dusk, soothing your senses with green Petitgrain and calming Clary Sage. Further in the garden, the sweetness of Neroli and Orange caresses you, complemented by the gentle earthiness of Vetiver. As the daylight fades into darkness, Bai Zi Ren and Frankincense wraps you in a comforting soft musk.
Apply oil onto the following acupuncture points on both sides of the body & massage, or place a few drops in the palms of your hands, gently rub together and then breathe in the aroma.

How to locate the points

HT 7 - on the inner wrist crease, towards the ulnar (little finger) side and about one-fifth of the distance across the wrist.

KD 3 - in the inner ankle, in a depression between the inner ankle bone (medial malleolus) and the achilles tendon.

An Mian - Make an ‘L’ with the index finger and thumb – place the index finger directly in front of your ear and let the thumb press right against the base of the skull. You’ll notice a slight depression next to a bone called the mastoid process, and that is where An Mian is located.
